Tom and his crew were very professional. He was flexible with the schedule and kept me apprised of any unforeseen issues that came up that could cause a delay or potential added cost. He was very transparent and took time to explain things. In the end, the project turned out amazing. Job was to close in garage door to convert to living room and to delete nook on back of house and relocate kitchen and bath.

We hired Tom Gorman to finish the basement at our home purchase. We were so pleased with his work, that we also hired him to repair and screen in our deck and build a new deck. Honest, reliable and reasonable.

Tom and his crew are the best of the best. We had a water leak from a dishwasher and needed someone to complete the repairs and stop the mold. Tom and his crew stopped the mold, replaced the floors and countertops and added a backsplash. Definitely love the work, and will do more business with Tom.

We had the pleasure of working with the Thomas Gorman crew for an entire basement remodel and now a new deck. Our basement did not have a rough in for a bathroom but we knew we wanted a full bathroom. Tom and Team were able to make that happen. They were attentive to detail, kept us informed every step of the way, and readily addressed any concerns we had. After having our second story addition done, we would never use anyone else for our construction or renovation needs. The level of honesty and efficiency is beyond what we expected! We loved working with Thomas Gorman Construction!!! We recently hired them to add on to our current deck to go along with our new pool. The owner was very present from start to finish and helped us create the perfect plan to maximize our deck space for pool access. The team was so friendly and worked long hours to get the job done perfectly. We’re so happy with the results and will absolutely be recommending this team to our friends and family!!

I lost my siding on my house during the wind storm that lasted a few days. He was quickly to respond to temporary reinforce the current siding on the house until he could come out the next day to do the job. Very nice, caring and personable to deal with. I would recommend him for any future work.

Hiring a contractor, especially in this day and age is a very stressful experience. When Tom came to give me the initial quote for adding a bathroom to my basement (including needing a rough-in), I could immediately tell he was someone I wanted to work with. I know the first thing we all look for, right or wrong, is the cheapest price. Tom was extremely fair and priced the job very well. Second, is that the contractor listens and delivers what we want. Tom gave us his initial thoughts, and then worked with us to meet our vision, while keeping to the budget. He was thoughtful, and communicative. In the end he brought it to life. Third, the job itself. His team was extremely professional, courteous and just generally pleasant to have in my house. They showed up on time and put in a full day.
