Tom and his crew are the best of the best. We had a water leak from a dishwasher and needed someone to complete the repairs and stop the mold. Tom and his crew stopped the mold, replaced the floors and countertops and added a backsplash. Definitely love the work, and will do more business with Tom.

They did a great job on our 2nd floor addition! It is beautiful!

We recently had an unexpected failure in our well transfer line in our crawlspace. It resulted in a fairly large job which we needed to move out of the house for it to be completed. We hired Thomas Gorman construction and were very satisfied with the communication, the speed of the work, and the Tradesmenship. Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mold remediation, crawl space. 5 stars.

After having our second story addition done, we would never use anyone else for our construction or renovation needs. The level of honesty and efficiency is beyond what we expected! Later having devastating damage in our home, we immediately thought to call Thomas J Gorman and again more than expected, he immediately jumped on the job, taking all of the stress off of our shoulders in dealing with the insurance company and getting right on top of putting our house back together right away. I would never recommend anyone else to get the job done and feeling secure.

I hired Tom and his crew to delete the nook on the back of my house, relocate and build a new kitchen, bathroom, and pantry, and close in (rebuild) my garage door wall to make it a living room. Tom kept a tight schedule, but was also flexible (as I was doing all the electrical and some other stuff). He was transparent when surprises popped up, like the rotten rim joist, and was accommodating when we made changes to the plans. In the end, the project turned out great. His crew was very professional and I would not hesitate to call him the next time I need something.

We loved working with Thomas Gorman Construction!!! We recently hired them to add on to our current deck to go along with our new pool. The owner was very present from start to finish and helped us create the perfect plan to maximize our deck space for pool access. The team was so friendly and worked long hours to get the job done perfectly. We’re so happy with the results and will absolutely be recommending this team to our friends and family!!

Hiring a contractor, especially in this day and age is a very stressful experience. When Tom came to give me the initial quote for adding a bathroom to my basement (including needing a rough-in), I could immediately tell he was someone I wanted to work with. I know the first thing we all look for, right or wrong, is the cheapest price. Tom was extremely fair and priced the job very well. Second, is that the contractor listens and delivers what we want. Tom gave us his initial thoughts, and then worked with us to meet our vision, while keeping to the budget. He was thoughtful, and communicative. In the end he brought it to life. Third, the job itself. His team was extremely professional, courteous and just generally pleasant to have in my house. They showed up on time and put in a full day. Gerry on his team immediately made everyone feel at ease. They were fast, clean and did the job right. Hopefully you've kept reading to the end of this long review. Thomas J Gorman Construction absolutely crushed it when it came to our kitchen remodel!!! From the first message to project completion Tom was hands on and super involved, making sure we were comfortable with the design and process. He was constantly keeping us informed about what was going on and anything that might affect the budget or timeline! His team was also great, they are super professional, hard working, and above all respectful. Kitchen remodels aren't cheap and they are definitely stressful especially if you have kids, but Tom and his team made sure we were comfortable and got the kitchen we wanted, from design to functionality! Not to mention their craftsmanship it top notch. If you are looking for a construction company to do work on your house I highly recommend them!!!
